I get to help teams solve problems and get things done.

Going on-site with a team to visit the IRS.

What has surprised you most about working here?

How each and every one of our clients' team members care so much about their jobs, serving the public, and trying to get better. Despite processes and politics being constantly involved, the level of enthusiasm and passion is very welcome.
